- Support staff: Jump in to host, bus tables, run food, or help the bar when the shift gets busy.
- Handle guest issues: Greet guests and resolve complaints or special requests quickly.
- Count cash and close registers: Balance bartender and server banks, reconcile the POS system, and secure daily earnings.
- Supervise closing sidework: Check that the dining room, bar, and stations are fully cleaned and restocked.
- Secure the building: Ensure all equipment is turned off, doors are locked, and staff leave safely at the end of the night

This is a full-time role located in Medicine Hat, AB.
The salary range is $22.00–$23.00 per hour.
Responsibilities include managing seating flow, supporting staff during busy shifts, handling guest issues, counting cash and closing registers, supervising closing sidework, and securing the building at night.
