Position Overview

Sales Administrator

The Organized One. The Detail Expert. The Person Everyone Relies On.

At Burrard Acura, we're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys keeping things organized, solving problems, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. If you get a little satisfaction from colour-coded spreadsheets, catching mistakes before anyone else does, or crossing every item off your to-do list, you might be exactly who we're looking for.

Our Sales Administrator is the engine behind our sales department. While our Sales Consultants are out creating customers for life, you'll be making sure every deal, every vehicle, and every process runs smoothly behind the scenes.

The expected pay for this position is $19.00 - $22.00 per hour.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

· Support the General Manager and Sales Managers by keeping dealership processes running smoothly

· Maintain an accurate delivery schedule so everyone knows what's happening (and when)

· Process dealer trades, wholesale bills of sale, vehicle registrations, and RDRs

· Assign stock numbers and maintain accurate vehicle inventory

· Update vehicle pricing, lot status, demo mileage, and delivery records

· Manage inventory information in One-Eighty and other dealership systems

· Track daily showroom traffic and phone traffic while preparing monthly reports

· Prepare daily and weekly management reports

· Maintain gas books, inventory lists, phone directories, and office supplies

· Support accounting functions by organizing cheques, assisting with payment documentation, and ensuring records are accurate and up to date.

· Help keep our dealership organized, efficient, and just a little less chaotic

Qualifications Required

  • Experience in administration, sales coordination, or dealership operations is an asset
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • A sharp eye for detail—because one wrong VIN can ruin everyone's day
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Experience with dealership software such as One-Eighty or CDK is an advantage
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Outlook
  • Professional, dependable, and able to handle confidential information
  • Legally entitled to work in Canada
