Coordinate with kitchen staff to keep food timing on track. Step in to help servers, hosts, or bartenders during busy rushes.
Greet patrons and resolve any guest complaints quickly.
Staff ManagementAssign station sections to the evening crew.
Guide and motivate front-of-house workers during the shift.
Handle mid-shift staff issues or coverage gaps.
Closing and Financial Duties Supervise side work and dining room cleanup.
Count cash drawers, balance receipts, and close out the register.
Secure the building, check lights, and lock up at the end of the night.
