Every day is different, but your responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing and analyzing customer credit applications.

• Reading credit bureaus and structuring complex finance transactions.

• Working directly with customers to understand their needs and build financing solutions.

• Negotiating approvals with an extensive network of Prime and Non-Prime lenders.

• Maximizing approvals while protecting gross profit.

• Presenting finance products, warranties, GAP, and protection packages.

• Managing deals from application to vehicle delivery.

• Working closely with our sales and management team to create exceptional customer experiences.

• Following up with customers and building long-term relationships.

• Continuously learning lender programs and adapting to changing guidelines.

Ideal candidates have:

• Special Finance or Finance Manager experience.

• Strong knowledge of lender guidelines and deal structuring.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• High attention to detail.

• Strong organizational skills.

• A competitive mindset.

• OMVIC registration (or the ability to obtain one).

Experience is strongly preferred.

However, if you have exceptional automotive sales experience, are highly coachable, and have the drive to become one of the best Finance Managers in the industry, we're willing to invest in training the right person.
