M3 Staffing is hiring Construction Safety Officers (CSO) for projects across Vancouver & the Lower Mainland. We're looking for reliable and safety-focused individuals with 2–3 years of construction safety or site experience and valid OFA 2 or OFA 3 certification.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to onsite incidents and provide first aid when required
• Conduct site inspections and identify safety hazards
• Lead toolbox talks and safety meetings
• Ensure compliance with WorkSafeBC and OH&S regulations
• Complete safety reports and maintain accurate documentation
• Promote safe work practices on site
Requirements:
• Valid CSO certification
• OFA 2 or OFA 3 / First Aid certification
• 2–3 years of construction or safety-related experience
• Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and emergency response
• Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and at multiple job sites
• CSA-approved steel-toed boots and PPE
• Legally authorized to work in Canada
Assets:
• Driver's license and reliable transportation
• Experience on high-rise, residential, or industrial projects
• Additional trades or safety certifications
