- Lead daily Meat Processing and Food Production operations.
- Supervise production staff to meet quality, safety, and production targets.
- Operate a Motorized Walkie, Electric Pallet Truck, or Powered Walkie.
- Move materials between cooler, freezer, and production areas.
- Assist with packaging, material handling, line setup, and production equipment.
- Ensure GMP, HACCP, food safety, and quality standards are followed.
- Train and support employees while maintaining a safe workplace.
- 2+ years as a Production Lead Hand, Team Lead, Lead Hand, or Production Supervisor.
- 3+ years of Meat Processing, Food Manufacturing, or Food Production experience.
- Experience operating Motorized Walkie or Electric Pallet Truck (Required).
- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety.
- Comfortable working in refrigerated environments (0°ree;C–4°ree;C).
- Able to lift up to 25 kg (55 lbs).

The role is based in Etobicoke, ON.

You need 3+ years of Meat Processing or Food Manufacturing experience, 2+ years as a Lead Hand or similar role, experience operating a Motorized Walkie or Electric Pallet Truck, knowledge of GMP and HACCP, and the ability to work in refrigerated environments and lift up to 25 kg.
