Forklift Operator

Integrated Staffing is currently recruiting an experienced Forklift Operator for our client in the Moncton, NB area. If you have experience working in a lumber yard or building materials environment and enjoy working in a fast-paced, outdoor setting, we'd like to hear from you.

• Safely operate a forklift to unload building materials from incoming trucks.
• Pick, pull, and stage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare shipments for delivery and assist with loading customer and delivery vehicles.
• Organize and maintain inventory throughout the warehouse and materials yard.
• Keep the warehouse and yard clean, safe, and organized.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance concerns.
• Follow all company health and safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with general warehouse and yard duties as required.

• Valid forklift certification is required.
• Previous experience working in a lumber yard, building supply, or construction materials environment.
• Experience handling building materials such as lumber, plywood, drywall, or other construction products.
• Previous warehouse experience, including order picking and pulling.
• Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and organization.
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance are essential.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• $18.00 - $21.00/hour + 4% vacation pay (based on experience)
• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Assignment expected to last at least 8 weeks, with the potential for extension
• Prompt weekly payroll through direct deposit only
