Lot Manager

Fairway Ford is currently seeking a reliable and organized Lot Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our vehicle lot and support our sales team. The Lot Manager is responsible for maintaining the overall appearance, organization, and functionality of the dealership lot. This role ensures vehicles are properly merchandised, moved efficiently, and presented in a clean and professional manner at all times. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the daily organization and cleanliness of the vehicle lot

Manage vehicle flow, including incoming units, trades and sold vehicles

Ensure all vehicles are properly parked, locked, tagged, and ready for display or delivery

Ensure snow removal, lot safety, and seasonal maintenance standards are met

Perform regular lot inspections to maintain dealership standards

Support sales team with vehicle staging, test drives, and deliveries

Help in the washing of vehicles when they are sold or for customer showing

Ensure compliance with dealership policies and health & safety standards

Qualifications & Skills

Previous automotive dealership experience preferred

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation

Physically capable of standing, walking, bending, and lifting as required
