Oral Health Care Program Manager
We are looking for a compassionate, dependable caregiver with experience working with elderly individuals and those with cognitive disabilities. The ideal candidate is patient, empathetic, and committed to providing respectful, person-centered care.
Program Administrator Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee program operations
- Contribute to community outreach efforts
- Providing personal Oral Care to clients
- Supervise and Maintaining documentation
- Assist with program scheduling and resolving conflicts
- Assist with employee or volunteer selection and training
- Communicate with supervisors
- Quality control
- Billing management
- Ensuring client satisfaction and communication
- Skilled in working with individuals in long term care
Program Administrator Requirements and Qualifications
- Personal Service Worker / Health Care Worker / dental assistances - Diploma or Certificate in a related field (preferred)
- Team management experience
- Networking and communication abilities
- Organizational and time management skills
