About the Role
Clearpaths Marketing is hiring Community Outreach Representatives to join our Mississauga team.
This is a full-time, field-based position involving direct communication with members of the public. Representatives participate in community and residential outreach campaigns, explain the work of charitable organizations and encourage eligible individuals to become ongoing supporters.
This role involves outdoor walking and door-to-door outreach in assigned areas. Applicants should be comfortable speaking with new people, working toward performance goals and remaining active throughout the day.
Responsibilities
- Represent charitable campaigns professionally and respectfully
- Speak with members of the public in residential and community areas
- Explain campaign objectives and answer general questions
- Encourage eligible individuals to support charitable programs
- Maintain accurate records of daily outreach activity
- Attend daily training, coaching and team meetings
- Work toward individual and team performance goals
- Follow campaign guidelines, privacy requirements and professional standards
- Support new team members as experience develops
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with new people
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable, punctual and available Monday through Friday
- Comfortable with outdoor walking and field-based work
- Able to commute to the Mississauga office
- Previous customer service, sales, fundraising or outreach experience is helpful but not required
- Full training is provided
Compensation
The position offers weekly compensation with performance-based earning opportunities. Team members typically earn approximately $700 to $1,000 per week, depending on performance, attendance and campaign participation.

Additional Information
This is not a remote or traditional desk-based customer service position. It is a full-time, in-person community outreach role involving residential and door-to-door fundraising activities.
Selected applicants will be invited to an in-person interview in Mississauga, Ontario.
