- Maintain a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail
- Ability to manage a physical workload
- Meet project deadlines
- Deliver excellent customer service — you take pride in getting the job done right
- Minimum 3 years of professional painting experience (verifiable through references)
- High school diploma or GED preferred
