Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor Millwrights, Electricians, and Maintenance Technicians
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment
- Improve equipment reliability and maintenance processes
- Partner with Production to maximize plant uptime
- Promote a safe and continuous improvement culture
- 5+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience
- Previous Maintenance Supervisor, Team Lead, or Lead Hand experience
- Strong mechanical and/or electrical background
- Skilled trades certification (433A, 442A, or 309A) or Engineering background is an asset
- Food manufacturing experience is preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- $100,000 – $115,000 salary

The salary range is $100,000.00–$115,000.00 per year with a 7% annual bonus.
This is a full-time position located in Brampton, ON.
The position is full-time with a day shift.
You will lead and mentor Millwrights, Electricians, and Maintenance Technicians.

5+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience with prior Maintenance Supervisor or lead experience, strong mechanical and/or electrical background, and a skilled trades certification (433A, 442A, or 309A) or an engineering background are assets.
