Our client is one of Canada's most respected distributors of engineered electrical and utility infrastructure solutions, supporting the modernization of the nation's power grid and critical infrastructure. Serving electric utilities, municipalities, EPC firms, contractors, renewable energy developers, and industrial customers across Canada, the organization supplies the products and technical expertise required for transmission, distribution, substation, and grid modernization projects.
As electrification, renewable energy, electric vehicle infrastructure, and grid expansion continue to accelerate across North America, demand for innovative electrical infrastructure solutions has never been stronger. This is an exceptional opportunity to build a long-term career within one of the fastest-growing sectors of the industrial marketplace while receiving comprehensive product and industry training from experienced professionals.
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will become a trusted resource for customers by supporting quotations, technical product selection, order management, and account development. Working closely with Outside Sales, suppliers, operations, and key customers, you'll help deliver exceptional service while ensuring critical infrastructure projects stay on schedule.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving customer challenges, and developing technical expertise within a collaborative, team-oriented sales environment. No previous utility industry experience is required—your attitude, curiosity, and desire to learn are far more important.

  • Continuously expand your technical knowledge through manufacturer training and internal development programs.
What We're Looking For
  • 2-3 years of Inside Sales, Customer Service, or Account Management experience within industrial distribution, electrical products, construction, manufacturing, wholesale, or technical sales.
