Assignments are available on commercial, residential, industrial, and warehouse job sites. Workers will be placed based on experience, certifications, availability, and project requirements.
Responsibilities:
Perform general labour and site support duties
Assist skilled trades and supervisors as required
Move, load, and unload materials
Complete excavation, demolition, and physically demanding tasks as assigned
Drywall installation and finishing assistance
Operate equipment when qualified and certified
Perform warehouse duties including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory control
Follow all site safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment
Complete tasks assigned by site supervisors
Perform duties specific to your trade, certification, or position
Qualifications:
Previous construction, warehouse, or industrial experience is an asset but not required for entry-level positions
Trade experience, equipment operation, or certifications are welcomed
Ability to perform physically demanding work
Reliable, punctual, and able to work on short notice
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Steel-toe boots and appropriate PPE required
Reliable transportation to various job sites is an asset
Work Conditions:
Temporary, on-call, and ongoing assignments
Day shifts with occasional evening, weekend, and overtime opportunities
Indoor and outdoor work in varying weather conditions
Multiple job site and warehouse locations
