Blueridge Staffing Solutions is currently hiring motivated and dependable General Labourers to support construction, warehouse, and industrial projects. We are looking for individuals who enjoy physical work, have a strong work ethic, and can work safely in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labour duties on construction, warehouse, and industrial job sites
• Clean and maintain safe, organized work areas
• Load, unload, and move materials and equipment
• Assist skilled trades and site supervisors with assigned tasks
• Perform demolition, excavation, digging, lifting, and other physically demanding duties when required
• Set up and remove site materials, barriers, and equipment
• Follow company and site safety procedures at all times
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently and professionally

Qualifications

• Previous construction, warehouse, or general labour experience is an asset but not required
• Physically capable of lifting, carrying, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Steel-toe boots required
• Reliable transportation to various job sites is an asset
