- ✅ Lead engaging bi-weekly sales meetings (online or in-person)
- ✅ Provide 1:1 coaching sessions (30 mins each) for 6 sales reps
- ✅ Track performance, goals, and celebrate wins
- ✅ Collaborate with leadership to support growth & culture
- ✅ Experience in sales coaching, leadership, or training
- ✅ Strong communication & facilitation skills
- ✅ Organized, reliable, and motivational
- ✅ Comfortable working with metrics & performance tools
