Sales Representative

GrayWolf Contracting is hiring Field Sales Representatives in Calgary.
This role is for someone who knows how to sell, wants control over their income, and is comfortable working in a performance-based environment.
We provide a steady inbound leads , but top performers generate their own opportunities and consistently close.
What You'll Be Doing
Meeting homeowners and property managers to provide estimates for garage construction and epoxy floor coatings
Presenting services and closing deals in person
Following up on inbound leads and converting them into booked projects
Generating your own leads through referrals, networking, and local outreach
Managing your pipeline and staying on top of follow-ups
Representing the GrayWolf brand professionally in the field
Uncapped earnings - your income is directly tied to your performance
Strong earning potential - top reps earn $10K-$15K+/month or more
Steady company-provided leads + self-generated opportunities
No micromanagement - you control your schedule and output
Work in a market with consistent demand (residential and commercial construction)

Requirements
Proven ability to close sales
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage your time
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
Some construction knowledge and the ability to learn is a must
Previous experience in sales, home services, or construction is an asset
Compensation
100% commission-based
High commission per project
