Are you looking for a full-time position that offers a diverse range of experiences? Do you have experience in the information management industry, including data entry, manual labour, inventory management, order fulfillment, customer service, and courier services?

Job Duties:

The successful Team Leader selected for this role will be responsible for coordinating and managing:

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Planning and coordinating daily warehouse operations.
2. Scheduling and assigning work to drivers and warehouse staffs.
3. Monitoring route progress and making operational adjustments throughout the day.
4. Monitoring attendance and productivity, and tracking project progress.
5. Ensuring compliance with regulatory and government standards.
6. Monitoring fleets and equipment.
7. Training and supporting employees throughout the day.
Coordinating staffing priorities and reallocating resources as workloads change.

Monday - Friday, Daytime Shift

Qualifications:

Must be a Permanent Resident of Canada or Citizen
Clear background check required (We run the background check)
Management experience would be an asset
Must be comfortable working on computer and possess good communication skills
Typing skills and the capacity to navigate through company software are a must
Ability to lift items ranging from 20 lb. – 60 lb., regularly
