Team Member

Our client has a current opening for a team Member working in a busy production facility. This role supports production by removing waste and excess materials from the production lines. Associates will be responsible for gathering waste (cardboard, shrink wrap, metal, etc.) from lines, loading material onto a tow motor forklift, driving through a busy factory, and appropriately discarding the waste. Associates will be required to take a proactive approach to keeping all areas tidy, including the compactor area clear of debris. You must be able to push, pull, stretch, lift and bend and must be able to lift up to 50lbs. Associates must be able to work rotating days and afternoon shifts, good attendance and punctuality is a must. Shift is rotating every two weeks days and afternoons, with shift times varying. Typically your schedule will be given 1-2 months in advance. Hours below: (schedule 1-2 months in advance) Day shift can run 8-9 hours (8 hours) 6:15am-2:45pm or 7am-3:30pm (8.5 hours) 6:15am-3:15pm or 7am-4:00pm (9 hours) 6:15am-3:45pm or 7am-4:30pm Fridays are always 8 hour shift Saturday production may occur and would be scheduled 6:15am - 10:15am or 7am - 11:00am Afternoons can run 8 to 10 hours Both plants start at the same time on afternoons. (8 hours) 5:30pm to 2am (8.5 hours) 5:30pm to 2:30am (9 hours) 5:30pm to 3am (9.5 hours) 5:30pm to 3:30am (10 hours) 5:30pm to 4am Fridays are always 8 hours and start an hour early 4:30pm to 1am.
