Job Opening: Team Member in a Busy Production Facility

This role supports production by removing waste and excess materials from the production lines. Associates will be responsible for:

• Gathering waste (cardboard, shrink wrap, metal, etc.) from lines.
• Loading material onto a tow motor forklift.
• Driving through a busy factory and appropriately discarding the waste.
• Taking a proactive approach to keeping all areas tidy, including ensuring the compactor area is clear of debris.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to push, pull, stretch, lift, and bend.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Work Schedule:

Associates must be able to work rotating day and afternoon shifts. Good attendance and punctuality are a must. The shift rotates every two weeks between days and afternoons, with shift times varying. Typically, your schedule will be provided 1-2 months in advance.

Day Shift:

• 8 hours: 6:15am - 2:45pm or 7:00am - 3:30pm
• 8.5 hours: 6:15am - 3:15pm or 7:00am - 4:00pm
• 9 hours: 6:15am - 3:45pm or 7:00am - 4:30pm
• Fridays are always 8 hours: 6:15am - 2:45pm or 7:00am - 3:30pm
• Saturday production may occur and would be scheduled: 6:15am - 10:15am or 7:00am - 11:00am

Afternoon Shift:

• 8 hours: 5:30pm - 2:00am
• 8.5 hours: 5:30pm - 2:30am
• 9 hours: 5:30pm - 3:00am
• 9.5 hours: 5:30pm - 3:30am
• 10 hours: 5:30pm - 4:00am
• Fridays are always 8 hours and start an hour early: 4:30pm - 1:00am

Additional Information:

• Overtime is paid after 8 hours in a shift and on Saturdays.
