What You'll Do

• Cook chicken fillets according to Poulet Rouge standards and procedures
• Ensure each fillet is properly cooked, served hot, and meets quality expectations
• Apply sauces accurately and maintain proper portion control
• Maintain a consistent production pace to support fast and efficient service
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures, especially when handling raw chicken
• Keep your workstation clean, organized, and safe at all times
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
