Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Translate the company's vision and strategic goals into actionable business plans for all departments.
- Contribute to the long-term strategic planning and direction of the company.
- Oversee and evaluate the activities and operations of all key departments including production, warehouse, marketing and customer service.
Operational Excellence & Efficiency
- Oversee production planning and scheduling in a light manufacturing environment to ensure efficient output and timely delivery.
- Identify and implement process improvements across operations and customer service
- Manage inventory, materials, and purchasing to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team across all departments.
- Foster a collaborative, innovative and results-driven work environment.
- Participate in hiring, performance management, and team development in conjunction with the Owner.
Marketing & Dealer Engagement
- Provide oversight and leadership on core marketing and dealer engagement initiatives.
- Implement initiatives to improve dealer onboarding, communication, and overall customer experience.
- Support development of sales and marketing tools, resources, and processes.
- Collaborate with Ownership on initiatives to strengthen dealer relationships and drive growth.
