- Perform complete setups on CNC milling machines for production runs.
- Install tooling, fixtures, and workholding while setting machine offsets.
- Verify machine readiness before production begins.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CNC programs.
- Perform first-off inspections and in-process quality checks.
- Measure components using micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, height gauges, and other precision measuring equipment.
- Troubleshoot setup and machining issues to minimize downtime.
- Maintain tight tolerances while producing high-quality precision components.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Minimum 5 years of CNC Mill setup experience.
- Experience performing complete machine setups independently.
- Strong blueprint and engineering drawing interpretation skills.
- Working knowledge of GD&T.
- Experience machining tight-tolerance precision components.
- Strong understanding of precision measuring equipment.
- Excellent mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

The pay range is $32.00–$38.00 per hour, with full benefits and a four-day or three-day weekend schedule available.
Day shift is Monday–Thursday from 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM, or Weekend Day shift is Friday–Sunday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
You will perform complete CNC mill setups for production runs, install tooling and workholding, verify machine readiness, read blueprints, perform first-off inspections, and maintain tight tolerances.
A minimum of 5 years of CNC mill setup experience, ability to perform complete setups independently, strong blueprint interpretation, GD&T knowledge, and experience with precision measuring equipment.
You’ll work on highly engineered, precision-machined components used in aerospace, defense, medical, and space industries.
