Position Type: Maternity Leave Coverage, 12 months (with possible extention to 18 months)
Rate of Pay: $24-$32/hour, based on experience
Benefits: Cleanings and uniform allowance

Schedule:
Monday & Wednesday: 7:15 AM-5:30/6:00 PM
Tuesday & Thursday: 7:15 AM-2:30 PM

We are looking for a Sterilization Technician to join a busy dental specialist office in Mississauga. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a surgical environment and work alongside a supportive team.

Responsibilities:

Cleaning, sterilizing, and preparing dental instruments and equipment
Maintaining sterilization areas and ensuring proper infection prevention and control procedures are followed
Supporting the clinical team with sterilization and operatory turnover as needed
Following all IPAC and office protocols

Requirements:

IPAC certification required
WHMIS certification required
Dental assisting experience is an asset but not required
New graduates with Sterilization Technician training are welcome to apply
Strong communication skills
Team player with a positive and collaborative attitude
