Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, program and operate Milling/Turning/Lathe CNC machines
- Load, verify, and set up tools/inserts as required
- Conduct first-part and in-process inspections using precision measuring tools
- Troubleshoot machine issues
- Continuously optimize setups to reduce cycle times and improve production efficiency
- Log working hours and time tracking for work orders
- Performing basic maintenance as needed
- Ensure quality parts are being produced
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 5 years of CNC milling/turning/lathe setup experience
- Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and GD&T
- Strong knowledge of CNC tooling, offsets, and troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to work with tight tolerances and ensure precision machining
- Skilled in the use of precision measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to optimize machining processes
Pay will be based off of previous work experience.
