The Inventory Clerk plays a crucial role within a small team, responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting warehouse operations. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role involves regular travel to various warehouse locations and requires proficiency with inventory management software including QuickBooks to ensure efficient tracking and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Track inventory levels using inventory management software and QuickBooks
- Perform accurate and timely data entry of inventory records
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy
- Prepare inventory reports for management review
- Coordinate with warehouse staff during travel visits to support operations
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in inventory management

- High school diploma or equivalent
