As our company continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Construction Foreman / Site Manager to become a key part of our leadership team. We're looking for someone who wants to take ownership, lead a crew, solve problems, and help build a company with a long-term vision.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead and supervise a construction crew on site.
Coordinate daily work and keep projects moving efficiently.
Maintain high standards of workmanship and professionalism.
Train and mentor crew members.
Communicate with management regarding project progress.
Coordinate materials, equipment, and job site logistics.
Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Represent the company professionally with customers and suppliers.

Experience:

Experience in one or more of the following is required:

Agricultural construction
Post-frame construction
Steel roofing and siding
Steel building erection
General carpentry
Equipment operation

Previous experience leading a crew is a significant asset.
