Dinakis Mediterranean Grill is looking for a friendly, reliable, and experienced Server to join our team. We are seeking someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service and can work efficiently in a busy restaurant environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, professional service
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Have good knowledge of the menu and answer guest questions
- Serve food and drinks promptly
- Check on guests throughout their meal
- Process payments accurately
- Maintain clean and organized tables and dining areas
- Complete opening, closing, and side duties
- Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house team members
- Follow restaurant policies and food safety standards
Requirements:
- Previous serving experience preferred
- Fluent English and strong communication skills required
- Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work evenings and weekends
- Serving It Right certification preferred/required
- Strong teamwork and customer service skills

This position is based in Port Coquitlam, BC.
This is a part-time server role in a busy restaurant environment, with evenings and weekends required.
Previous serving experience is preferred, along with fluent English, strong communication, reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Greet guests, take orders, know the menu, serve food and drinks, check on guests, process payments, maintain clean tables, complete opening/closing duties, and work with the kitchen and front-of-house team.
Serving It Right certification is preferred or required for this role.
The role requires friendly, professional service, strong teamwork, and effective communication with guests and both kitchen and front-of-house staff.
