Our client is a leading General Contracting firm providing construction project management to retail, commercial, and office clients, as well as construction renovation of retail and office space. Our client focuses and has developed a strong market in the ICI projects around the Greater GTA. Their company core values are clearly stated and evident in all of their work and relationships. Immediate Opening

Responsibilities:

Coordinate construction projects from start to completion.
Prepare and manage contracts, purchase orders, and change orders.
Support Project Managers with scheduling, reporting, and project tracking.
Maintain project cost trackers, invoices, and financial records.
Coordinate project start-up and health safety documentation.
Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and project teams.
Attend project meetings, site visits, and prepare meeting reports.
Manage project close-out documentation and client handover packages.

Qualifications:

3+ years of Project Coordinator experience in ICI construction projects.
Strong understanding of construction contracts and project administration.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
Experience with project scheduling tools such as Smartsheet (preferred).
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Experience with cost tracking, invoicing, and project management systems.
