We are hiring an experienced Spray Booth Operator / Industrial Spray Painter to join a growing furniture manufacturing team in North York. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Spray Painter with hands-on experience in spray booth operations, paint mixing, surface preparation, and furniture finishing.

- Operate spray booth equipment to apply paints, stains, primers, and coatings.
- Perform spray painting, paint mixing, sanding, masking, and surface preparation.
- Inspect finished products for quality, coverage, and finish consistency.
- Clean and maintain spray booth equipment and work areas.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and production standards.
- 2+ years of experience as a Spray Booth Operator, Industrial Spray Painter, Spray Painter, Paint Technician, or Furniture Finisher.
- Experience in furniture manufacturing, woodworking, cabinetry, or auto body is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and knowledge of surface preparation and coatings.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and quality-focused.

This is a full-time, day shift role from 7 am to 3:15 pm, Monday to Friday, with overtime available.
The pay rate is $20.53 per hour plus 4% vacation pay every payday.
A minimum of 2 years of Spray Booth Operator, Industrial Painter, or related experience in manufacturing, industrial, metal finishing, or auto body shop environments is required.
Operate spray booth equipment to apply paints and finishes, prepare surfaces, mix paints, adjust equipment, inspect work, perform touch-ups, and maintain cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment.
The position is located in North York, ON, within a furniture manufacturing setting.
Preferred qualifications include experience with a variety of industrial paints and finishing systems, reading work instructions, maintaining quality, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced team.
