Elevate RS Corp ("Elevate") Full-Time, Permanent | Remote, Hybrid, or On-Site Compensation: $37,000 $70,000 base salary, plus commission

Elevate is a staffing and recruitment agency headquartered in Windsor, Ontario, with additional locations in the Greater Toronto Area and across the border in the Detroit region. We operate in both Canada and the United States and place talent across a broad range of industries and levels, from front-line and supervisory roles through management, finance, and executive search. We are CAMSC-certified.

The Recruiter owns the candidate side of the business. Working alongside an Account Manager, you find the right people for open roles, qualify them properly, prepare them to succeed, and stay connected to them once they're placed.

Work arrangement is flexible. Remote, hybrid, and on-site are all options, and we determine the right fit with each person based on where they're located, their experience, and what the desk requires. Whichever arrangement applies, the work is not limited to a single market. You will recruit across our Canadian and U.S. markets and should expect to build familiarity with more than one region.

This is a fast-paced, deadline-driven role. The recruiters who do well here are organized, genuinely curious about people, and comfortable picking up the phone.

• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach
• Conduct phone screens and interviews; assess skills, availability, reliability, and fit
• Present qualified, well-documented candidates to your Account Manager
• Coordinate interview scheduling and prepare candidates so they walk in ready
• Maintain regular check-ins with placed contractors and address concerns early
• Keep candidate and pipeline records accurate and current
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline across the roles and levels we recruit for
• Contribute market insight back to the team

Required

• Strong written and verbal communication, with the confidence to hold a real conversation on the phone
• Organizational discipline and the ability to manage multiple open roles at once
• Sound judgment about people, and the honesty to raise a concern rather than push a placement through
• Comfort with standard business and recruiting technology
• Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel occasionally between markets, including cross-border travel, and eligibility to obtain the documentation required to do so

Preferred

• 13+ years in agency recruiting, staffing, HR, or high-volume customer-facing sales
• Familiarity with the Southwestern Ontario, Greater Toronto Area, or Michigan employment markets
• Bilingual or multilingual capability

Not Required

• A recruiting background. We train. If you're coachable, organized, and good with people, we'll teach you the rest.

• Base salary of $37,000 to $70,000 annually, based on relevant experience and demonstrated ability
• Commission on placements, uncapped, on top of base. Your earnings grow directly with what you produce
• Structured onboarding, full recruiter training, and ongoing coaching
• Clear performance expectations and a defined path toward senior recruiting and account management
• A small, direct team where your work is visible and your input matters
