Our Fall 2026 Co-Op Program is designed for ambitious, driven students and recent graduates looking for hands-on agency experience in the vibrant food and hospitality. You won't be sitting on the sidelines; you'll be working directly on active client accounts, creating real content, supporting sales pipelines, and helping execute live hospitality activations.
We have 5 specialized co-op roles available for the Fall semester:
- Social Media Associate
- Sales Associate
- Website Designer
- Content Creator
Key Responsibilities by Role
- Social Media Coordinator: Plan, schedule, and publish high-performing content across our client portfolio and internal brand channels; write engaging captions, manage monthly calendars, cultivate online communities, and track growth analytics.
- Sales Coordinator: Identify and prospect target restaurants and hospitality brands, manage lead pipelines in our CRM, draft partnership pitches, and shadow discovery calls to help secure new client retainers.
- Website Designer: Build and optimize landing pages, refresh website layouts, update client portfolio showcases, and ensure mobile-responsive design and clear user experience across digital properties.
- Content Creator: Plan shot lists, capture high-quality photo/video content on-site at partner venues, edit short-form vertical videos (Reels/TikToks), and produce eye-catching visuals for agency and client campaigns.
Requirements
- Education: Enrolled in or recently graduated from a University degree, college diploma, or post-secondary certificate program in Marketing, Communications, Graphic/Web Design, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
- Industry Interest: Strong passion for the food, beverage, and hospitality scene with an eye for current digital content trends.
- Communication & Organization: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; highly organized with strong time-management skills to balance co-op deliverables.
- Tool Familiarity: Hands-on experience with modern digital tools relevant to your track ( Meta Business Suite, Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Cloud, WordPress/Shopify/Webflow, Google Workspace, HubSpot, or Slack).
- Adaptability: Proactive self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with a blend of remote work and live local events.
