The Opportunity:
Sunoco LP is seeking an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Specialist with expertise in Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID. This role is responsible for identity lifecycle operations, access troubleshooting, governance processes, and enterprise IAM initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Design, support, and administer the SailPoint Identity IQ (IIQ) environment, including:
- Workflows
- Applications
- Certifications
- Rules
- Tasks
- Forms
- Reports
- Serve as an escalation point to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex IIQ issues using best practice methodologies
- Interface with vendor support and lead resolution efforts for product related issues
- Maintain and manage the application's Git repository, ensuring proper version control and deployment practices
- Design processes for administering, configuring, and maintaining accounts, groups, and mailboxes in Active Directory
- Author and maintain departmental and project standards; serve as a subject matter expert
- Lead the development and execution of team goals and initiatives
- Provide deep technical expertise across IAM technologies
- Develop and enhance user self-service access management tools
- Oversee and participate in the on-call rotation for critical IAM services
- Contribute to Active Directory migration efforts as a key technical resource
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with 8+ years of relevant work experience
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of SailPoint Identity IQ development experience
- Strong understanding of the underlying IIQ framework (Databases, Servers, Tomcat, APIs, etc.)
- Ability to read, write, and understand XML
- Ability to read, write, and understand BeanShell
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and provide leadership or supervision during limited engagements
- Comfortable operating in an environment with shifting priorities and high operational tempo
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using different connectors and integration modules for applications
- Knowledge of best practices related to certifications and governance
- Familiarity with other IAM tools and technologies
- Experience with ServiceNow
- ITIL certification
