Job Title: Visual Merchandiser(Junior)

Position Overview

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Merchandiser to join one of North America's leading retail organizations. This is a unique opportunity for someone passionate about design and retail to grow within a supportive environment—full training will be provided to help you develop your skills and advance your career.

What will you be doing?

Create innovative and functional display designs, considering factors such as size, weight, and durability
Develop and refine concepts using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Test and optimize display prototypes at the Innovation Centre before final rollout
Design visually compelling in-store displays that enhance the customer shopping experience and align with brand standards
Plan and execute seasonal, promotional, and category-specific merchandising strategies
Ensure consistency and quality of visual merchandising across multiple store locations
Coordinate installation and removal of displays, ensuring accurate execution
Track performance of displays and continuously improve designs based on insights

Must haves:

Minimum 2 years of retail experience (store-level exposure preferred)
Proficiency in Excel
Strong understanding of retail trends, branding, and customer experience
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas to stakeholders
Willingness to travel frequently to retail locations and competitor sites
Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle
