As a Full-Time Line Operator, you will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring that a quality product is available to our customers when they need them. Your work will directly affect people's lives!
Some of your job responsibilities may include:
* You will be blending, measuring, and producing raw materials to manufacture industrial coatings.
* Prepare materials and product for packaging and shipment to customers
* You will work in a production environment with the appropriate safety procedures in place
* Follow established procedures and guidelines to form a variety of simple, manual tasks that form part of a production process
* Load materials into production machines
* Remove, pack and sort raw materials or finished products
* Collect and dispose of garbage and production waste according to the organizations waste removal and recycling policies
* Clean production equipment and work areas
* Report to the Line Leader
Qualifications:
* You will need to stoop, kneel, crouch, lift and carry up to 80 pounds periodically and 50 pounds regularly
* Stand for long periods of time
* Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
* Available to work rotating shifts, work any job, and possible overtime

This is a full-time Line Operator role in Cambridge, ON, with night shifts listed as 10:00 PM–6:30 AM or 11:30 PM–7:30 AM.
