Day Shift: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM
Afternoon Shift: 2:15 PM – 10:15 PM
Night Shift (Peak Season Only): 10:15 PM – 6:15 AM

We are looking for an experienced Rotary Die Cutter Operator to join a leading corrugated packaging and print manufacturing company in Brampton.If you have experience operating Rotary Die Cutters, Flexo Folder Gluers, Flexographic Printing Presses, or other corrugated converting equipment, we'd like to hear from you!
Responsibilities

Set up and operate Rotary Die Cutter equipment.
Run 4-colour flexographic printing and die cutting operations.
Monitor print quality, die-cut accuracy, and machine performance.
Perform machine setup, changeovers, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting.
Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
Complete production paperwork accurately.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Meet daily production and efficiency targets.

Qualifications

Experience operating Rotary Die Cutter equipment is strongly preferred.
Candidates with experience operating Flexo Folder Gluers/Flexo Gluers with printing and die cutting experience are encouraged to apply.
Experience in corrugated box manufacturing, packaging, carton converting, or print manufacturing.
Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment.
Able to read work orders and production specifications.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Willing to work overtime during busy production periods.
