Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Pallet Builder to join our production team on the day shift. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where safety, quality, and productivity are key. This position involves one of two primary responsibilities:

• Manually assembling wooden pallets using an assembly easel and hand tools.
• Operating a semi-automated or automated pallet-building machine.

Candidates with a mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble wooden pallets according to production specifications.
• Operate pallet-building equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and identify minor equipment issues.
• Inspect completed pallets to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company health and safety procedures.
• Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality.

Qualifications:

• Manufacturing or production experience is an asset.
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to learn equipment operation.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment.
