Concrete Superintendent

Firma Concrete is seeking an experienced Concrete Superintendent to join our growing team. We specialize in commercial, civil, industrial, and infrastructure concrete projects throughout Alberta and Saskatchewan.
This is a hands-on leadership role for an individual who can lead crews, manage schedules, coordinate resources, and deliver projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Salary based on experience (120.000+)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee concrete construction projects from start to finish

• Manage foremen, carpenters, finishers, labourers, and subcontractors

• Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and schedules

• Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget

• Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements

• Maintain strong communication with project managers, clients, and site stakeholders

• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control standards are met

• Mentor and develop field supervisors and crews
Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of concrete supervision experience

• Strong background in commercial, civil, industrial, or infrastructure concrete construction

• Experience with formwork, rebar, concrete placement, and finishing operations

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

• Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills

• Valid Class 5 Driver's License
