Transmission Rebuilder

Mister Transmission is actively seeking a Transmission Rebuilder with a strong ability to correctly diagnose and rebuild transmissions.

This busy shop consists of a small team of dedicated, hardworking individuals who love what they do! This is a great opportunity to be a part of a successful and growing franchise.

We are looking for a highly motivated, skilled, and organized individual with clean work habits and a minimum of 3 years experience who works well in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

· Inspection of customer vehicles

· Diagnose, rebuild, and repair automotive transmissions to specifications

· Knowledge of electrical and computer systems is a plus

· Review parts lists for rebuilds with the Centre Manager

· Adjust, repair, or replace parts and components for automatic and manual transmissions

· Carefully follows all safety procedures for shop tools and equipment

Applicants must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Applicants must be able to reliable commute to the shop.

Previous experience with transmissions and the ability to drive vehicles with manual transmission is mandatory.

Candidates with their own tools are preferred.

Continuous technical support and training will be provided for the successful candidate.
