A well-established industrial distributor is seeking an experienced Warehouse Material Handler for its day shift.

Duties:

Operate industrial band saws
Operate overhead cranes, side loaders, and forklifts
Complete daily equipment checks
Follow work orders and supervisor instructions
Measure materials using tape measures, calipers, and micrometers
Identify, label, move, stack, and load materials
Complete paperwork and computer entries
Assist with general warehouse duties

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of steel, industrial, or heavy warehouse experience
Experience with overhead cranes, forklifts, side loaders, or saws
Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable measuring in inches and fractions must have this skill
Strong attention to detail
Good communication skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Reliable transportation for a 6:00 a.m. start

Additional Requirements:

Measuring is a mandatory requirement for this role
