The HVAC Sales Representative will focus on promoting and selling home and commercial HVAC systems. This role operates primarily as an individual contributor, working closely with a technical installation team and a supportive sales team. The position involves occasional local travel and regular visits to client sites. Compensation is commission-only, with opportunities for advancement to Sales Manager or Technical Specialist roles.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads to build a strong sales pipeline
- Conduct client consultations to understand HVAC needs
- Deliver sales presentations tailored to residential and commercial customers
- Negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Process orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and submit sales reports to management
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in HVAC sales
- Strong sales techniques and negotiation skills
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC products
- Excellent communication and networking abilities
- Effective time management and problem-solving skills
