About the Role

This is a 270 recruitment desk.

You'll be responsible for developing client relationships, winning new business, managing searches, and delivering an exceptional experience for both clients and candidates.

This is not a high-volume, KPI-driven environment.

It's a business built on trust, credibility, and long-term partnerships.

You'll have the autonomy to build your desk while helping shape the future of Blackridge Search Group.

What You'll Do

• Develop and grow relationships with General Contractors, Developers, Construction Managers, and Specialty Contractors.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and strategic business development.
• Manage retained and contingency searches from intake through successful placement.
• Interview, assess, and advise senior construction professionals.
• Act as a trusted recruitment partner to both clients and candidates.
• Build long-term relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
• Contribute ideas that improve our business, brand, and client experience.

Who We're Looking For

We're interested in experienced recruiters who can demonstrate real results - not simply years in the industry.

The ideal person has:

• Proven success in agency recruitment, ideally in a fully remote environment.
• Experience managing a profitable recruitment desk.
• Strong business development and client relationship skills.
• The ability to consistently generate new opportunities.
• Experience succeeding in a remote or highly autonomous environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• High integrity, professionalism, and accountability.

Construction recruitment experience is strongly preferred.

Recruiters from engineering, manufacturing, industrial, architecture, commercial real estate, or other technical recruitment sectors are also encouraged to apply.

During our conversations, we'll discuss the business you've built, your approach to developing clients, the markets you've worked in, and the measurable results you've achieved.
