We seek a driven, safety-focused Construction Foreman to drive field production, manage crew workflows, and ensure the highest standards of quality control on our concrete construction and formwork projects.

Premium Pay & Overtime: Competitive hourly rates aligned with top-tier Alberta standards, with approved overtime compensated at 1.5x regular pay.

Comprehensive Benefits: A full benefits package is available after a qualifying period.

Accommodations & Travel: Reimbursed pre-approved expenses; when stationed at company-provided camp lodging, room and food are fully covered.

Specialized Work: Opportunities to lead complex industrial concrete formwork projects for petroleum refineries, power plants, hydroelectric dams, and specialized manufacturing facilities.

Supportive Culture: We are committed to a safe, family-oriented culture that supports employee development and provides them with the tools and equipment needed to work efficiently.

Your Role:

Safety Leadership: Lead by example by championing a safe work culture, enforcing OHS regulations and company safety policies, leading toolbox meetings, and managing daily hazard assessments and safety documentation.

Planning & Scheduling: Translate general work requirements into prioritized daily and weekly action plans to hit critical production goals and overcome on-site challenges.

Quality Control: Oversee the execution of all formwork, concrete placement, and structural tasks, inspecting completed work to ensure it is level, plumb, square, and built strictly to plan.

Site Administration: Maintain accurate daily site reports, material receiving logs, attendance tracking, and safety paperwork.
