About the Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Wealth Management Administrator who enjoys building strong client relationships, thrives in a detail-oriented environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional administrative and operational support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to Wealth Management Advisors.
- Prepare and process new account documentation, transactions, transfers, and client requests.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records and documentation.
- Assist with client reporting, portfolio administration, and ongoing account maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, internal policies, and documentation requirements.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries while delivering outstanding customer service.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate efficient workflow and service delivery.
- Support advisors with scheduling, correspondence, and administrative initiatives as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in wealth management or financial services administration.
- Securities licensing in British Columbia is considered an asset but is not required.
- Strong knowledge of investment products, account structures, and financial services administration.
- Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Client-focused approach with the ability to build trusted relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and industry-related financial software.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team.

- Competitive salary of $60,000–$70,000, based on experience.
