Key Responsibilities

• Vehicle Diagnostics & Repair: Perform routine maintenance, safety inspections, and complex vehicle repairs accurately and efficiently.
• Service Excellence: Examine incoming vehicles carefully to identify any additional safety concerns or recommended service needs.
• Technical Collaboration: Support fellow team members with troubleshooting technical issues when needed.
• Shop Upkeep & Safety: Maintain a clean, safe, and productive workspace while adhering to all safety protocols to prevent accidents or equipment damage.
• Accurate Documentation: Complete work orders and service reports clearly and on schedule.
• Operational Support: Assist with general shop upkeep and engage in team initiatives as needed.

What We Are Looking For

• Certification: Valid 310S License (Automotive Service Technician Certificate of Qualification).
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as an Automotive Service Technician.
• Driver's License: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Communication: Ability to explain technical diagnostic details clearly and simply to non-technical team members or customers.
• Core Skills: Strong attention to detail, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative team attitude.
• Growth Mindset: A positive attitude and enthusiasm for continuous personal and professional development.

Working Conditions

• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work comfortably on your feet in a shop environment.
• Safety Gear: Standard shop personal protective equipment (PPE) required (e.g., steel-toed boots, safety glasses).
• Environment: Work involves exposure to typical automotive shop elements (noise, tools, machinery, and seasonal indoor/outdoor temperatures).
• Schedule: Full-time hours with occasional overtime potential during peak seasons.
