Order Picker / Forklift Operator - Evening Shift
Location: Dartmouth, NS
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
Nova Staffing is currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Order Picker / Forklift Operator to join our client's team in Dartmouth. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and have experience operating forklifts and picking orders accurately.
Schedule:
- Sunday: 2:00 PM - 12:30 AM
- Monday to Friday: 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM
Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move products throughout the warehouse.
- Accurately pick and prepare orders for shipment.
- Load and unload products as required.
- Perform inventory checks and assist with stock organization.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Order Picker and Forklift Operator.
- Valid forklift certification is considered an asset.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move products throughout the shift.
- Comfortable working in a cold and wet environment.
- Must not have any seafood allergies due to the nature of the products handled.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Reliable transportation is considered an asset.
