Job Title: Shipping Clerk / Driver

Location: Mississauga

We are looking for a shipping clerk / driver to join our team in Mississauga! Work for an industry leader.

Responsibilities:

Ensuring timely and accurate movement of freight and information, while providing exceptional customer service.
Timely and accurate shipment processing.
Following customer's standard operating procedures and proactively notifying customers of any issues.
Consistently meeting KPI standards, as per company's procedures.
Driving counterbalance on the dock and helping out on the machine when needed.
Driving Crown reach.

Skills We Are Looking For:

MUST have a valid forklift license and experience on counterbalance.
Sense of urgency.
Proactive attitude.
Common sense.
Ability to speak up.
Strong learner.
Team player.
Ability to make judgment calls.
Detail-oriented.

Requirements:

Valid forklift license with experience for counterbalance and Crown reach.
Must have customer service experience.
Able to resolve customer-related issues timely and effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Highly organized and able to work well independently and as part of a team.
