About the Role:
Join CRDN of BC Interior, Kelowna and Vancouver Island, Victoria as a Content Restoration Technician, where you'll play a vital role in restoring items affected by water, fire, or mold damage. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and preserving our clients' cherished belongings while working in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Pay rate:
Starting at minimum wage of $18.25/hour. It will gradually increase over time based on performance.
Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate damaged contents for restoration potential.
• Perform cleaning and restoration processes using specialized equipment and techniques.
• Document the restoration process and maintain accurate records of work performed.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure satisfaction.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies during all restoration activities.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry standards and technologies.
• Assist with inventory management and organization of restored items.
• Support team members in various tasks as needed to ensure efficient operations.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in restoration or cleaning preferred.
• Previous experience in content restoration or a related field is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including on-call shifts.
• Positive attitude and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
