- General Cleaning: Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust common areas, hallways, offices, and storage spaces.
- Sanitation: Deep clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and elevators, ensuring surfaces are disinfected.
- Supply Management: Stock and replenish restroom and kitchen consumables (e.g., soap, paper towels, toilet paper).
- Waste Disposal: Empty trash and recycling bins throughout the facility.
- Specialty Tasks: Clean glass partitions, windows, and mirrors.
- Safety & Compliance: Properly handle and store chemical cleaners and power equipment in accordance with CBRE standards.
Core Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of directly related commercial cleaning or custodial experience.
- Physical Ability: Must be capable of continuous standing, walking, bending, and regularly lifting up to 50 lbs (23 kg).
- Soft Skills: Strong time management, reliability, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
