We have a French-bilingual Collections Agent hybrid role based in London! This is a great opportunity if you enjoy helping customers find solutions, working in a structured environment, and being part of a company that values teamwork and professionalism.

Work Schedule:

2 days a week in office (locations: Barrie or London)
Training in office for the first 2-3 weeks
*Equipment pick-up in London or Barrie

Responsibilities:

Connect with customers by phone, email, and written correspondence to discuss and resolve outstanding balances
Use your French and English language skills daily when speaking with customers and working with internal teams
Work with customers to set up realistic and compliant payment arrangements
Keep account details up to date by accurately documenting interactions and actions taken

Requirements:

Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written)
At least 2 years of banking or financial industry experience
Collections or Accounts Receivable experience is preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-first mindset
Comfort using collections tools, systems, and standard computer applications
